Private sessions are for people who sense that willpower, discipline, or "trying harder" is no longer the answer.

Whether you’re living with chronic pain, navigating injury or aging, feeling stuck in stress patterns, or simply wanting a more intelligent and compassionate relationship with your body—this work meets you at the level where change actually happens: the brain and nervous system.

This is not corrective exercise. It’s not talk therapy. And it’s not a one‑size‑fits‑all yoga session.

It’s a slow, precise, neuroscience‑informed approach to movement and self‑regulation that helps your system relearn safety, choice, and ease.

Who this work is for...

Private Neuro‑Soma sessions may be a good fit if you:
 

● Live with chronic pain, tension, or recurring injury

● Feel stuck in patterns of shutdown, hypervigilance, or overwhelm

● Are aging and want movement that supports longevity rather than performance

● Have tried yoga, PT, or other modalities with limited or temporary results
